Good Morning,
My name is Lt Col Muktesh Suri, based in Pathankot, Punjab.
i have JIO fiber connection at my home, from last close to one month i am facing issue of speed for which i have lodged online complaint vide service request number SR00002TXMJV on 04 December, but to my horror and surprise, this request was closed on 06 December without any resolution.
Subsequently, i tried connecting with local JIO authorities which included Mr Sanjeev on number 7087235456. Mr Kapil katoch visited my location also but till date no resolution has been done.
This is very alarming when i am paying my bill on time but you are not able to provide services to me.
Request you to look into the matter on priority.
