My jio fiber is not working. It is showing plan expired. Recharge it. Please help me out to activate it. I took new connection on May 26 2022. After 3 days it got deactivated and no plans activate. When I’m calling customer care they don’t know what to do. They are telling for activation it will take 7 days. I paid Rs. 4240 for 6 months plan including ott apps. None of them are working. Waste of money.
Please activate it immediately.
