Text of Complaint by Rohit B:

1. Jio could not provide services in between service period due to some reasons from the Jio side not from us.
2. Their technical expertise team has visited our house 4 times with 4 different ppl and they told us it won’t get fixed at all and asked us to raise a ticket to close the Jio services (JIO technical team).
3. Had many calls with customer care executives informing the same, they said they are okay to raise the closure ticket and will be sending the balance amount in the account post router collection by their team.
4. From then, I couldn’t connect with any of you till now and now after collecting their router they are avoiding to return my amount in my account.

NOTE: Am not mentioning the refund amount of router, Am talking about the amount which I just recharged for 6 months and after 1 and 1/2 month they disconnected the services and they asked us to close the account my side by their own technical team for which I had discussion with their customer care for more than 10 days.
