I have booked a jio fiber connection the agent(jio fiber employee) through whom I booked the connection charged me 1500 rupees mentioning as security deposit which I will be getting back if I disconnect the service now when I discontinued the jio fiber services they are telling me that I will be getting only 500 refund the other 1000 rupees were deducted for installation charges (which the agent didn’t mention earlier) when I contact customer care they are telling they cannot help ..
