I was a jio fiber user in dehradun

I installed my jio fiber on 24th april, I deactivated my device on 4th may as i want to shift to new location , and i was told that the device will be picked up within a week and my refund for security money will be issued. However the device hasn’t been picked up yet after daily rescheduling by jio. It is 21th june and I have called jio 20 times to ask for pickup of the device and they have been unresponsive. They have scheduled device pickup more than 15 times I even contacted the appellate authority 4-5 times and they have also been unhelpful.

I have been writing complaints which are not being resolved at all.
