I got the connection from Jio fiber over an year now I have cancelled subscription and asked to pick up set top box and it’s been more than 3 weeks they extending date that they will arrange the pick of device but no one calls. Every time I raise service request they resolve the ticket without picking up device and refunding . The email they provide doesn’t reply promptly except delaying the dead lines. They scamming the people and refund amount is about 2k
