Hi – I was promised by Jio fiber sales person that my connection with order ID : NO0000JDYJ35 will be installed max by November 20,10AM however nobody showed up and no body called. I have other commitments which are getting delayed due to their unprofessional behaviour.
I am not able to reach customer support as well and they took advance for 3 months so now I am stuck .
Please help me to resolve this and I hope Indian companies will start giving importance to their customer’s time as well.
