Jio Fiber is not coming for uninstallation scheduled pick up. Everything time they schedule and no one turns up. Horrible customer service. The agents on phone cancel and schedule another one. It’s totally horrible service

Were you able to get it done? I have been following up for over 3 weeks now and they just keep giving me new appointments. Hoping to find a solution here.
