On 12th july at 9:30 a.m i registered a complaint to jiofiber customer care about my jiofiber wire being cut by someone outside my house and they gave me 24 hours to send an engineer and resolve my problem.Since then its been a week today and they really don’t seem to care about it. After more than 40 calls and talking with their live agents more than 30 times they keep on rescheduling the engineer asking me for more 24 hours everytime.Even their engineer made an excuse to them that the house door was locked and no one answered my calls but the truth is neither even once he called me nor he visited my house. I was really frustated and even mailed them but no response from their side, even after giving them the last date as 16th july to resolve my problem or fully refund the jio fiber money they didn’t seem to care much about me. So i am here to have my justice as due to them and their absurd timing and services my schedule is messed up and even they made me rage which i don’t do often.
