my internet connection is disturbed from 7 th November. I am facing trouble as I am having office work and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection.so,8 th November early morning I lodge a complain through my jio app .after some time Visit a person and check out the problem and he says that this issue is not repairable as the weir broke from the road side ..after that I cl customer care and told what the mechanic says,and they lodge a complain and assure me that the issue is solved with in 24 hours bt no one visit in my house bt sent me feedback that the issue is resolved ,I lodge complain and it’s automatically updated that resolved bt till now I faced the problem please help me out what can I do .it’s the 2 nd time I am facing the problem.1 st it’s sorted out bt now its not .if the problem not solved by u then please refund my money and my reacharge ammount.
