My Jio fiber router continues to show Red LED despite restarting power line many times and I have no access to the internet since the 3rd of August, 2021. I have called the customer care more than 15 times, Chatted via whatsapp through the jio app link, sent email complaints from their official site. The call reply would either be to wait for 2 hrs or plz wait escalation time is 24 hrs. My area had an outrage twice last week but then when my neighbours are getting Green LED, mine is completely cut off, during outrage or not. Recently my Jio app in my phone showed that I have no active data plan despite valid till 13th August.
Emails are not replied and customer care staffs are doing nothing to contact their field staffs to check for limes manually. The worst service ever.
