I applied jio fiber new connection through my jio app. After couple of days on 14th January 2021 one of the memers(Mandeep Gosan) from Jio came to my home in ‘Mohali sec 71’ for document verification and security deposit of 1500, which I completed at that time.
And promised for installation within 2 days and after 2 days another member from jio came to check something i don’t know what he checked from outside my home but I didn’t see him at all.
since 14th I am waiting no proper response from jio customer care and jio ground team.
Due to delay in Installation of jio fiber my job is in danger.
Internet connection is supposed to be installed within 2 days but it is more than a week now

Today preeteesh sing called me and told He/JIO will cancel my request.
Jio wasted my time for there poor service my job is in danger now.
I want my time back and JIO should answer these.
why JIO didn’t tell me at the very first day that they cannot install Jio fiber At my home.(if this is policy of company which is no were mentioned then it should be changed).
Why JIO waste my time.
now, I want my money and time(with penality) back.
And JIO should not be doing these actions again with customers.
