My name is Pawan Shivnani I have jio fiber net connection and my complaint no is With reference to Service Request Number SR0000175CA1 ,SR000017AQLW and more I have
but no response
This is my second complaint on 18thoct
First complaint I have made on 12th oct service request SR0000172F2L
that one jio have closed my complaint without informing us then I have made a another complaint
But still today no one is coming for repair now its almost 25days but from jio company every day they are extending 24hrs I mail to jio Thru Facebook also I have made a complaint lot of I called to customers care but nothing is happening ever time they are saying only sorry and within 24hrs it will be done and after 24hrs they want another 24hrs I told to jio if u can’t solve the issue pls cancel my connection and refund the amount but no reply from 15 days my net is not working who will pay for this if we can’t pay one day they will disconnect our connection any from 25days they are not solving our issue who will pay for that
