i was assured of jio fiber net connection by vinoth marketting person and recd rs 1500 and issued connection order   but they refused to install stating reason as our building was not feasible for connection  but i had informed them that my next door flat was connected with jio fiber net   but no reply from them instead i recd a refund notice within 7 to 10 days but after a lapse of 20 days nobody could be contacted for refund they have not picking my phone what to do pl help me  balaraman 8610556258
