This mail is to inform you my jio fibre has been not working from last 7 days. I have already spoked with customer care executive and the told me we are working in it and a exceutive from your side is not available at given slot
What a pathetic service you are providing I am a jio user from last 2 year but since it is my first time your guys are avoiding it
Kindly give a resolution otherwise I will switch to other company

And give me a resolution
