Myself s naresh mobile ,using JIO fiber connection since. Im shifting my house from one wing to another wing for which I called up your customer care for transfer to next building & installation of the connection. Your customer care executive says till march end the transfer or reinstallation is shut. Then we asked him for a solution as the internet would be services would be distrupt.
Still they are not given any solution.
I already paid 1 year subscription.
Already wasted one and half month subscription still they are telling wait one more month I continuously called to customer care still they are not given any solution
- And telling that if you cancelled you subscription amount not refunded.

As a customer I hereby request you to resolve this query of mine. The next wing building to which we are shifting already has JIO Fiber internet customers. Only your person has to faciltate the service
