I got my connection in Nov 2022 and their salesperson convinced their engineer to provide me the connection from a longer range that isn’t advisable by company and since then it’s been 2 months but i have faced issues for the Internet for more than 15 times. The router unexpectedly just starts blinking the red light and the local engineers also don’t come at time to resolve my issue if by chance i do complain on jio care number they just set and service appointment which is most probably for the next day and in 2 months there are many times that i wasn’t using my internet for more the 24 hours.
