My Jio fiber is not working for 3 days now. I raised tickets multiple times but non of the engineers have come fix my issue. I have called them around 10 times. Every time they have have it will be fixed with 2-3 hours but still my internet is not working. My work has already been hampered for 3 days. Please help me on this matter.
