My jio fiber is not working for the past two week (16th oct – till now) i have raised the complaint on the same date. but without checking they closed my ticket. similarly they close 3 tickets like this without visiting. but till now the issue is not resolved yet. also when i tried to contact from the customer care no proper response from the cc team.
following complaints no i have raised so far, but they closed without fixing the issue.
