I have used the Jio Fiber Connection with Service ID:4435518066 and the registered Mobile No :9943279226.
I took the Prepaid connection and paid 1500.Rs as an advance amount and then switched to Postpaid connection. I Canceled the Jio Fiber connection with the Request id ‘CO0000YZBRE3’ and surrendered the Setup box on Aug 16,2023.
I could not get the Refund amount which I paid for Prepaid. I tried the Refund online option. It says there is no refund and I am unable to connect with the Jio Customer Care from my registered mobile number.
Mailed to Jio Care Support and Appellate_Tamil Nadu . They Keep an Raing the support Tickets , but no resolution is provided yet. I am not getting my money back.
