I recharge my JIO FIBER account but the transaction was pending so the company asked me to recharge again which I did. Both times the amount was deducted through my account i.e. 824.82 + 824.82 but recharge was done only once.
I have requested and followed up with the company several times but they are only asking the same details again and again just to delay the process.
