Respected Sir,
I have applied for Jio Fiber connection on 7-Dec-2023 with Order Number – NO0000V4083K. I paid an amount of Rs 2474.46 on 11-Dec-2024. So far they have not installed the fiber. I also created service request – SR00001TB520 which was auto closed. Another service rqeuest is also created today – SR00001TE78A.
Customer care has no idea when the connection will be installed. So they keep giving false promises. I am fed up with the service.
Please refund the amount and cancel the booking at the earliest.
