I ORDERED FOR JIO FIBER NETWORK ON 13.08.2022 BASED ON JIO SERVICE REPRESNTATIVE VIST TO MY HOME. THE SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT OF INR 4240.92 PAID FOR 6 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES TO JIO PAYTM ON THE SAME DAY (ENCLOSED HERE WITH RECEIPT OF THE SAME. AFTER PAYMENT THE SERVICE PROVIDER REPRESENTATIVE MR PREM KUMAR MOBILE NO 6360746487 IS NEITHER GETTING THE INSTALLATION COMPLETED NOR TAKING CALLS. I CANCELLED THE ORDER THROUGH ON LINE REQUEST SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER SR00001CZKVP. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EITHER NETWORK INSTALLATION OR REFUND OF INR 4240.92. PLEASE FIND BELOW DETAILS
