I HAVE JIO FIBER CONNECTION. BUT FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS, RED LIGHT BLINKING IN SET OF BOX, AFTER THAT I LODGED A COMPLAINT TO JIO CUSTOMER CARE BUT ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET AND I HAVE ALSO CALLED JIO ENGINEER FOR SUPPORT BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY PROPER ANSWER AND KEEP RESCHEDULING THE DATES.
I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE TODAY ITSELF AS I HAVE ONLINE WORK WHICH IS GETTING EFFECTED DUE TO THIS RIDICULOUS SERVICE OF JIO FIBER.
SO GIVE ME EXTENSION FOR DAYS TILL WHICH MY JIO FIBER IS INACTIVE DUE TO JIO CUSTOMER CARE ITSELF AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AS IT IS GIVING ME MENTAL TRAUMA DUE TO MY WORK BEING STOPPED JUST BECAUSE OF JIO FIBERS NEGLIGENCE BEHAVIOR AND THEIR HARASSMENT.
