I applied for jio fiber new connection at 23 feb and the same time I gave the 6 month payment to jio fiber account and they promised me to next day installation of the router after then today 6 march installation is not done yet. Daily I got call or even I did calls to customer care several times but the same they says today installation has been done . I really fed up with their false promises.
Now I want file complaint against jio company for doing fake promises
Please look into this matter ASAP
