HI,
My Jio fiber internet not working for past 3 days from 11th June till today (13th June). The first call was made on 11th June morning 8am to customer service and booked an appointment at 10 to 12pm no engineer turned but the appointment reschedule without customer consent after multiple calls and chase till today I am getting only complaint numbers not a service. One of the customer service agent given me the engineer number on 11th June I called suren ( The engineer name) he told me his supervisor not assigning any job to engineers they are focusing only on new connections there are lot of issues pending for more than 10 days. Please find the complaints no given customer service agents for past 3 days.
