My jio fiber is blinking red continuously since a week. I have raised ticket but no one has attended the query yet. When I call helpline, they are not responding well and not concerned about the issue. No engineer was allocated since a week and also stating no slots available. When I raised ticket it shown to select the slot and I have done it. But nobody came during the slot and now they are saying slots are not available.
