Hi
I am using Jio Fiber for the past one month-Post Paid Connecttion paid 6 months in advance, have faced Internet issue.
I have raised this request on 14th Jan 2022 SR000018DBTG, issue is not yet resolved, but service technician changed it to resolved status.
Same for the request raised on 17th Jan 2022 SR000018ES0Z and on 18th Jan 2022 SR000018FJVH service technician changed it to resolved status, but he havent visited home to resolve issue.
From friday onwards Jio Fiber is not working, i am trying to reach technician he is not at all responding, its been 6 days still i didnt get any resolution.
