My Jio Fiber Net is not working from 01.06.2020 and I had placed a complaint in Customer care. On calling the customer care again on 02.06.2020, they had given a Service Request ID : SR00001190MV and promised that the issue will be resolved in 4-6 hours time but nobody has turned in to look into the issue. In the next day while contacting customer care, came to know that the field technicians has given wrong message to customer care saying that due to society permissions they are not attending the issue. I had informed the customer care that there no such issue of permission in the society, day time the society allows any technicians to enter the premises. Also informed if any issue related to permission they can contact me, till no one is attended the issue. Today ie. 05.06.2020 I got call from a field technician and he said that in my building fiber power is not there.. and he have no idea by when it can be rectified.
In this condition, what to do. Do we look for alternative service provider ?..
