Hi,
I have taken a Jio fiber internet connection which is an active service. On 16th March, One of the Jio technician came and disconnected my connection and given connection to some other person. this information I got from the engineer who came to my place on 17th to do a inspection. Further, I reached out to his boss Mr. Mithilesh, who is least bother to address a customer concern. He never pick up the call. No empathy. He does know how to talk to a customer.
Even, their customer care do not response properly.
