We have requested for Jio Fiber connection in Howrah 711101 for the purpose of work from home . Rakesh Yadav(Jio document collector) has taken the amount of 3501.82 from us on 9th August 2020. We got the connection on 11th August 2020 but just after 2 days the line got disconnected that is on 14th August 2020. We have reached out to the customer care with Service request no SR000011Z06U on 15th August 2020. We didn’t find any resolution till today(19.8.2020) despite of making several calls to all the concerned person. All I had was a date when engineer would visit to fix it which didn’t happen.
I would like to mention the persons involved for their irresponsible behavior towards their job:
- Mithun Mallick
- Rakesh Yadav(document collector)
- 7439475660( the engineer)
I have requested for return also but they will give me only the security deposit which is Rs1500. I would like to have a full refund since I have used only for 2 days. Even in pro data basis then deduct the money for 2 days only.
