Hi all,
I am facing the jio fiber internet connection issue from past 24 days but till now the issue is not yet resolved.
When ever I call the customer care they will say that it will be resolved and they send the technical boy and he says it will take 10 more days like that means 4 times they visited and said same thing. But till now they are not confirming the timeline for that .I don’t how this jio customer care are closing the service request without providing resolution. I will be attaching the screenshot you can find the last 4 request number they have closed without providing resolution and more over district manager only said it will take time but these customers care people are closing the tickets without resolution.
Fed up of this jio fiber not even district manager is able to answer the calls and issue when we go to their office.
Can you please help me how can I get refund of reacharge amount and deposit amount which I have paid.
