There is no internet connectivity since 9 may 23, we raised concerns in multiple forums like twitter, jio support and also in fb however they said engineer came to location on 10 may however we didn’t receive any call and today again they said they came home but I didn’t see any one. When we spoke to representative today 11 may 23 they disconnected my calls. There is no proper support from 9 may 23 till date.
