My jio fiber connection is not working since the 23rd of August 2022 I registered a complaint in the customer care there closing the complaint saying the issue is dissolved I registered it once again saying that the complaint has not been dissolved and the people are false in the evening received a message from jio that even after repeated calling I am not reachable I once again call the customer care and set that I haven’t received any call I check the Truecaller block call list the nobody had called me yet they all telling lies this is the festival season and it is in a commercial place the jio fiber connection and we are not able to use it is such an inconvenience the service is completely out of hand from Reliance it is a bogus company full of promises kindly addressed my complaint at the earliest what else can I say I am facing problems and I am not picking the call before that they had posted a message saying that my society is not permitting to repair the mess actually I don’t stay in a property in Bangalore all roads are open 24/7
