jio fiber installation not done since 1 week . Sales prrson collected 3500 on 24th august later engineer came on 28 august gave setup box and router and had no knowledge of installation and left. I called more than 10 times on customer care number they just reschedule installation dates but no engineer visits nor calls regarding installation. What shall i do with only setupbox and router when connection is not done.
No use of customer care 18008969999. Useless customer care officials and fraud company . Just take installation money andhave useless staff with no knowledge and keep customer’s waiting for 1 week after payment.
If they cant install why did they take 3500 inr and give setupbox and router and make customers fool.
Better give my refund and take away your router asap.

facing same issue , very bad behaviour by jio .
I am also facing the same issue. i have even not received any asset from them, they just keep rescheduling the installation date. i have almost called 100 times for installation, they just keep lying that will do it today.. such a fraud company with no proper support and service (make payment on 26th feb – today is 7th of March still installation not done.
Is the installation complete now?? I’ve also made payment on 3 april but no installation. It’s 7 april
