Hi, I am resident of Nizampet Hyderabad. I have requested for Jio fiber connection more than a week back and I am daily calling them for installation, 4 days back sales guy came to our house and created a profile in Jio fiver and installation amount has been paid. No response for installation and I have called yesterday he said ,” we will be not able to provide a connection as ports are not available and he also asked me to raise a cancellation request”. I asked him to cancel the request and he said he will do it but no response till now . The money is with them and I lost 3 days of my work. Such a worst Jio fiber support in Nizampet, Hyderabad. When I am trying to calling him he is not even picking up the phone . He is disconnecting the call.
