I applied for jio fiber on 10 August and the registration was done by 11 aug the guy who registered us on jio fiber said the installation team will be coming in
a day or two but now it’s 16 aug the installation team never came and we have already paid the 1500 for the fiber.
I call the customer care everyday and they always tell me that the installation team will come tomorrow but they never come.
