I applied for new JIO fiber connection on 06 April 2022, Friday and got an appointment for 07 May 2022 Saturday and the KYC had done on the same day. Technician came for installation on 08 May but he said the connection box placed outside my building has FULL now and then he rescheduled the installation for next day. Today is 12-May-2022 and I am still waiting for my installation. I need to call each and every time to get updates to person who gave us appointment. Each and every day team is saying that we will update today but nothing happens.
