I have applied for a jio fiber connection in October 2021 but it was not installed due to non availability of port. Now i got numerous calls for jio sales team in January for installation of jio fiber connection hence i paid the initial deposit amount for connection booking.
However since then after numerous calls to sales team circle team manager, complaints, follow ups my connection is still mot installed and now i have received an sms that connection has been cancelled as per my request. Which is not true i never cancelled the connection.
I was to complain regarding such unprofessional commect and get my jio fiber connection installed
