I’ve applied for jio fiber connection on 17th Jan .Money has been paid .It was told it will get installed within 72 hrs. But everyday its rescheduled. I’ve raised compaint on Jio platform via mail.Even the customer care is of no help .Noone knows by when it will get installed.Even the operator guy is not picking up the phone.Such a horrible service by jio fiber team(Patna).
