Such pathetic customer experience. The day you register for jio fiber,it won’t take them an hour to send a person at your home and initiate the procedure. Once it’s done, they keep customers dangling for installation. For me, in last 3 days, 6 appointments have been scheduled. Not a single engineer showed up even once. The support give spineless promises of installation being done at the scheduled time, but it never happens. Everytime the time window of installation starts, it is rescheduled. They have mo refund policies, they do not provide contact for engineers. Why schedule it in the for place if your engineer is not free or available. If you claim or schedule a slot, deliver in that time.
