I have been approved for Jio fiber account on 9th of December 2020. Ever since, I have been receiving messages and emails saying that the service engineer is about to come for installation and I have received around 50 such updates but which are of no use since the service engineer does not show up in the slot allotted. Instead, I simply get a message saying that the process has been rescheduled. From 4 days numerous calls to the customer care service number are nothing but useless. All they do is abruptly drop the call when they don’t have an answer. Some executives promise that the service would be done on the same day and the issue has been escalated. But nothing seemed to work and I can definitely say that Jio fiber has the worst ever customer service. When I had to make a deposit payment, the service engineer was able to come within 5 minutes of my call to my adress and was able to take the payment. But from 4 days not a single service engineer found time to get my installation process done. Why should I waste my money, time and patience on such a useless service which doesn’t even have a courtesy to answer the customers concerns. I would really like to speak to a person who can justify and compensate my case with a solution. JIO FIBER IS NOTHING BUT DISGUSTING.
