I have submitted 2500 RS for my jio connection, I have returned the devices more than a month ago, and till now I have not received the full refund. Below are the details:

I have received Partial refund of 1750 RS in two installments (750 + 1000), while the full refund should be 2500 RS.
Can you pl. check, why the refund was done in installments and why the remaining 750 RS is not yet refunded?
I have raised multiple requests with them in past three months but every time they keep the ticket in progress for 15 – 20 days and then close without any resolution.
