I m not getting any positive response for resolution from any support team for refund of the complete amount. The device was successfully picked up by service engineer after testing.
The full refund amount is not yet processed. I registered my request to cancel my connection within the trial period. I have paid 1500 towards the security amount.
As they refund only got 500/ – back and not 1500 / – which was committed.
I have raised around 3 requests. The worst part is that every request that I raised, is resolved without any kind of communication with me.
