I had my Jio Fiber Connection disconnected on 31st Dec 2021 and device picked up a week later.
they created a mess in my Billing which took a month to resolve with them. I have paid all the outstanding dues on Feb 10th and attached the screenshot of the payment in their email as well, But when I made a call to their customer care on March 7th I get a reply saying they don’ t have not updated the details of my payment in the system.
