08 th March I apply for jio fiber connection through my jio app. Santu panja (ph 6290823727) from your company contact me and jio person come to my flat for documentation .He said that by depositing Rs1500 / – for 30 mbps and recharging 399 / – with gst in 2nd month, 1st month free and 3rd month redeem vouchers will be available.But still now no redeem vouchers credited to my account. In this way jio company cannot forgery with customer. My family currently has 6 mobile connections but no such problem.
So I fervently request you and your company to look into matter as early as possible and Let me know why I do not go to the consumer forum.
