I had applied for a new internet connection with JIO fiber. The executive of JIO by name Hemanth visited my place and received the required KYC and amount of rs.4240.92 promising me that the connection will be provided today that is 8Oct2022 by 12.30 to 13.30 local time. But, after payment and when to calling him since 2pm the same day, he is not picking the call nor responding. Searched the Team lead number in Google and reached the TL of JIO fiber in Mysore around 4.30 pm ,but even he bluffed by saying that he will get the installation done by another 1hr, reaching his installation team near by. Now, both are not receiving the call nor responding. I have paid the amount and completed all my KYC norms. Is my money safe?! Is there no any law to protect consumers by these type of fraudsters n traps. Need a justice.
