I was used jio fiber connection for 6 months + 1 month package some of 2800 after that services is stop i am not recharge bcs I don’t know how to recharge then my friend told me we can pay in myjio application after 2 month I check the app there is clearly mention your number is suspended please pay your due rs:251 to reactive your services. Iam done the payment but connection is not reactive. I call customer care they told we cant reactive your connection and we not give your refund .
