I Bought jio fiber connection on 4th of December 2021 with one month free trail period for deposit of 1500 complete returnable deposit if connection was cancelled within the 30 days.
I cancelled the connection within the month and engeneer was supposed to come within a week but he came after one month and during that month I was waiting for him to arrive and even made 8 to 10 complaints to jio for delaying the pick up and now i Wass supposed to recieve my 1500 refund but received only 500 and when i contacted jio customer care they first said within 3 days uh will receive rest 1000 but after a week when i did not receive that 1000 rupees I called jio customer service and they said cause of delay in pick up I was not eligible for complete refund but the delay was done by jio fiber itself which they agreed on but still did not made any refund
