Last month I bought a jio fiber connection. The same is not Woking properly. I followed up with Mr Vivian raj the person who installed the connection. Every time he will send one person and restore the connection. I almost lodged complaint with him for ten times. Then he stopped picking calls. I lodged complaint though customer care help line three times but the issue is not resolved permanently . I sought refund from jio fiber to which they refused. I am seeking refund of entire amount paid. Rs100000/- for mental harassment and agony and legal expenses on actual basis for pursuing legal remedy against jio fiber.
